    I took my old machina deck and added a few tricks in there

    and b4 u say "add in machina force" it would only be a waste of space if I cant summon it

    no flaming

    that's vitrually a carbon copy of my brothers deck which is all i get to practice on so i should be able to help you a bit, must be a good build, ive seen quite a few people using it. Razz

    I would side the cyber dinos and stick in a scrap recycler (or two) since they help overload and if you dont have it in your hand they are like mini-avarices.

    Replace magic cylinder with call of the haunted or rivalry of the warlords (which i know is a pain in this deck).

    Personally i would replace swords with solidarity. It's mega useful here and i hate swords anyway. :p

    Stick chimeratch fortress dragon into your extra for a bit more flexibility.

    TBH soldier is rubbish, Force is really good though and i know you think it is a waste but just wait until you find that one monster you can't roll over and you have Fortress in your grave

    Actually it seems i got sniper and soldier mixed up.

    Sniper is a decent card, but it's effect is slightly random in the deck. However soldier combos great with the gadgets. Letting you get an extra special summon whilst losing no fodder cards for fortress other than the normal summon. 3 summons in 1 turn would make me very happy, especially if one is fortress. And with limtier removal could even be an otk.

    Personally putting force in here purely for fortress fodder is completely pointless. It isn't any use at all outside of that, so surely if you wanted something like that you could use a lvl8 machina that could conceivably be of use outside of fortress fodder. Ancient Gear Golem or Gadjiltron Dragon spring to mind and im sure there are others out there.

    Still that doesn't stop the fact that sniper's effect is pretty random. And soldier can still be useful, free summon of peacekeeper to protect a fortress or chimeratech.

    Any suggestions of what to take out for it? Cuz i'm stuck on that front.

    My final say on the matter...
    Soldier also combos with gearframe. Summon gearframe to get a fortress. Then next turn summon soldier to special summon fortress. That way you can save any other monsters in your hand to bring back fortress if it gets destroyed. The more i think about it the more soldier is better than sniper.
    And lets face it. If gearframe hasnt been destroyed one way or another by then the duel is going well already. And its only a 2 starting card combo so you should have plenty of other cards to do something else.

    Nope doesn't work with Gearframe either, Gearframe only activates when it is normal summoned ...

    I know Cyber Dinosaur may seem like a questionable idea but its useful for when someone synchro summons a Stardust Dragon

    and its easy to summon and a good fodder card for fortress, though its a lvl 7
