ok the effect and art for Shooting star dragon is on wikia with the anime effect... and tbh it looks awesome.. the effect isnt too bad the only slight problem is the summoning requirements...

This card can be Synchro Summoned during your opponent's turn. Once per turn, check the top five cards from your Deck; this card can attack as many of your opponent's monsters as the number of Tuner Monsters among those cards. Negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect, other than this card, that destroys a card(s), and destroy that card. Once per turn, you can remove from play this card you control to negate the attack of an opponent's monster. When this card is removed from play by this effect, it is returned to the field during the End Phase of the turn it activated this effect. Effect Unconfirmed
i dont know what every1 else thinks but this card could be amazing if it keeps this effect....
