I like it and can be a good out to Decree/Oppression and all of those other continious cards, But is outclassed by MST and Heavy and many others

No. Even after you've added Mystical Space Typhoon and Heavy Storm, I still feel Breaker, Dust Tornado, Malevolent Catastrphe or Mobius are better.

under-played cards are usually under-played for a reason. There are better options

If you're really wanting to go overboard on the s/t removal, then go for it, but there are seriously much better options. I also don't like the 500lp cost for when MST and Dust Tornado do the same thing for free.

Haha Ninja, that was a small point to it's possiblities, however it has been proven that the cons far outweigh the pros. Oh and since when has likeing a card made it good eh?

the bit where you say "it can be good" generally seems to show the card in a good light
