It won't be, it's a more tame version of Graceful Charity and it lets your opponent see a portion of your deck. It's like banning Morphtronic Celfon.

I know, but it does just as much for it's theme, well, possibly more, than Pot of Duality does for any other deck.

But morphtronics are hardly top tier which means that Celfon won't be used competitively. Pot of duality is splashable, and will likely be ran in multiples in every deck.
